How to use CV Rank

Steep 1) Select the CV source folder, CV rank do not modify any CV just read them.

Steep 2) Click the Add button and and the words that distinguish the role you are looking for

Steep 3) Save your role profile under a name that represent the role, you can load it next time as in steep 9.

Steep 4) if you are using CV Active filter click CV Active filter if not skip Steep 5

Steep 5) Click Active and select all the CV's you want to be included, if you want to include all CV's then don't click Active or press select all and press Set and Save button, this is used to when you want to keep a CV but not include it in the selection. 

Steep 6) if you have sub folders for your CV's then click the Include sub folders

Steep 7) Press Rank button, it will depend on the number of CV's you have for how long it will take, when it has finished the Open button will be enabled, the CV's are ranked being top the best fit.

Steep 8) Select the CV's you want to open can use the quick select top 5 / 10 buttons then just press the open button and all the selected CV's will be opened 

Steep 9) Click the Load button to restore a role profile
